How we work with each order
Every textile is woven in a specific workshop, and we name that workshop on the product page. You know which cooperative made your manta before you order, not after.
Dimensions and fibre composition are listed for each piece, so you can compare a cotton alfombra against a wool manta without guessing. If a measurement is missing, we flag it as unknown rather than inventing a number.
Washing and care instructions come from the weavers themselves. A hand-spun wool throw needs different handling than an embroidered cojín, and we pass that difference on to you.
Colour and pattern vary slightly between pieces because the dye comes from plant extracts and the weave is done by hand. We photograph each batch and note the variation in the listing.
Sample swatches are available for most fabrics. You can request a small cut of the material before committing to a full order, which helps when you are matching a curtain or upholstery project.
Shipping times depend on the workshop location and the season. We give a realistic window at checkout and confirm the date once the piece leaves the loom, so there are no surprises.

We send physical swatches of the shortlisted weaves, along with fibre composition, wash instructions, and the workshop origin for each piece. You compare colour and hand-feel at home, not from a screen.
Once you pick the pieces, we confirm dimensions, quantity, and delivery window. Because each item is made by a specific cooperative, we check stock with the workshop before locking your order.
The workshop weaves or finishes your pieces, then runs a quality check on seams, dye fastness, and measurements. This stage takes longer for embroidered cushions and hand-spun wool, so we keep you updated.
Your order is folded, wrapped in breathable cotton, and shipped with tracking. We include care notes and a short card naming the cooperative that made each piece.
After delivery, we check that everything arrived intact and answer questions about washing or storage. If a piece needs repair later, contact us and we will arrange it with the original workshop.
