Send a message to info@ketlia.com with your order number or the name of the piece you are asking about. We reply within one working day, usually sooner during the week. For questions about yarn composition, washing instructions or workshop origin, include the item code from the product page.

Reach us at +91 88 37205475 from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00 IST. This line is best for delivery updates, damaged parcels and last-minute changes to an order. If we miss your call, we return it within a few hours on the same day.

Fabric samples

Request swatches before you buy

Not sure which wool weight or cotton weave fits your room? Ask for a sample set of three fabrics and we will post it to your address. Each swatch comes with a note on fibre content, care routine and the cooperative that wove it.

Order tracking

Follow your parcel from Trichy to your door

Once your order leaves our workshop, you receive a tracking link by email. Most parcels within India arrive in five to seven days. For international shipping, expect ten to fourteen days depending on customs clearance.

Returns and exchanges

Changed your mind about a cushion or rug

You have fourteen days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Write to us first with your order number and we will send the return address and a prepaid label for domestic orders.

Our partner cooperatives in Rajasthan and Gujarat welcome small groups by appointment. If you are planning a trip or want to commission a custom run of textiles, email us two weeks ahead and we will arrange a visit.
